Altered Reality

Confused words that should have never been said, Angry thoughts that should have stayed in my head. Too late to undo it, The damage is done. Now I huddle in the darkness and pray for sun. Not even the light can banish the demons of this land, But maybe WE could, Give me your hand. Too fucking late to relay my apologies, Too damn smart to believe the analogies. Still believing in that thing called fate? The thing that's locked your prison's door? Realize now, It's all what you make it. Scrape your altered mind off the floor.
