Just a Breadman

By Jonathan Wikkins

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Just a breadman,     nothing special... A breadman,     who walks amongst others,         he is nothing special…               Or so it seems... He has a heart,     as big as the sun,         Just a breadman,     nothing special... He had something special,     and he lost it...         He found something special,     and looks like he'll have it… He found a love,     like he missed… He lives it,     thinks about it,         puts his thoughts on paper… When people read them,     they seem to like them...         Just a breadman,     nothing special... Writes about his loves,     his loss, and his renewal.     Just a breadman,     nothing special... Who writes poetry...                             To be continued... © Jonathan Wikkins October 14th, 2001 All rights reserved Written October 14th, 2001 revised feb 11, 2008 © on Oct 14 2001 02:55 AM PST, David Michael Shurtleff   other
