Traveled Europe-going places American girl wishes she could be: France, Italy, Germany and England. American girl and German boy had a special, unknown connection. American girl and German boy fall in love when they grow up. German boy loves American girl. American girl is so in love with German boy. Later, American girl feels worthless-and feels that she doesn't deserve German boy. American girl thinks European women are more worthy of German boy than she is. American girl wonders what German boy sees in her. German boy wants to be alone with American girl. American girl thinks she was foolish to learn German, but German boy doesn't know that. American girl wants to know why German boy fell in love with her in the first place. American girl doesn't understand German boy's love for her.
