Say certain things to me You hurt me,more than you know One simple gesture can make me forget What you said to hurt me, my heart easily forgets Look at me in a way only you can I can see disapproval and pain in your eyes When I realize the mistake I made,which caused pain I apologize and try to make us both forget,and start anew Tell me how much you love me I feel like a queen, on top of the world Whisper promises of what our future will bring Tears of happiness form in my trusting eyes See more in me than anyone ever has I know I've found my one and only,my heart Has been searching for as long as I can remember Only you have the gift that gives my heart and soul a smile 3-27-02This is one of my first attempts at no rhyming, what do you think?
