From Here
By ldywhtwolf
For years confusion had been there. Always deep inside, not to share. So I left one comfortable place, In search for another, off in a distant place. I found one from in the past, Only to find it didn't last. Back to the safe zone I returned. Only to end up again burned. Then I take on another route, Seeking happiness that I could shout. One that would put an end to strife. Just wanting a simple life. Trying to start over again with anew. Hoping for peace, for more than a few. Working, living, keeping up the pace. Not knowing if I'll ever win this race. Or if this despair is way too real? Then where would I go from here? Written November 24th, 2001 © on Nov 24 2001 03:41 AM PST 18 • 0 • 12
