the revolt is over

By maissonthepoet

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

i'm glad to see the fairies are helping you again so the revolt is over but you're still trying to find the answer as to why something you created could turn against you here they are entranced by the mad doctor carrying the deceased body parts to your lair their wings flutter and there pastel green cloaks blow gently behind them like satin caught by a sweet smelling breeze they know nothing of what lies beneath the surface the pond beside your laboratory hides many secrets also known as "# x : failure" the great brown path leads the way while it lays very untroden you greet then at the door as they wipe thier wings on the welcome mat and yet you still can't see their faces Written June 20th, 2001 © on Jun 19 2001 05:22 PM PST   0 • 10
