Away
By melmac
Shall we fly far away- Away from the hustle and bustle Of everything we're conditioned to be- From misconceptions From lives shed Strewn far and wide... Do you want to walk a rainbow To find our pot of gold? Or take a ride on a shooting star To find our jungle paradise? We could visit the man in the moon And discover the secrets of the earth. Ruby red slippers glittering hope, Seeds sewn to form new lives- New, beautiful, smiling lives. We'll discover the most magnificent places Yet undiscovered. Then to lay back in the arms Of someone you love. Madness, love, freedom, happiness, beauty Feelings unchecked, No right Or wrong... Let's grow wings to fly away Away from hardened views And narrow ways To live for ourselves In our own Beautiful Existence. Written February 25th, 2002 © on Feb 25 2002 10:20 AM PST 0 • 10
