He came again We were staying after We do that We used to He came after she left He always does He sits on a light pole ad croaks at me as if he expects me to understand He wont leave me alone Not until some one else comes by me Then he leaves but next Tuesday he will comeback He always does After she leaves me alone While i wait for my father to pick me up I have gotten used to it That mean, cold, mocking croak I try guessing at what he's tying to tell me I know he's laughing at my pain My sadness My hurt I wonder is he laughing at me because I'll turn out to be like them the mother who left me? The friend who left me? Will I, like others leave someone without saying any thing? Will I hate someone I leave? I loved? Do they hate me? I know the Black Bird hates me His croak tells everything My fears and his hatred.no joke tis black bird sits above me on a ligt pole after school after my best friend gets picked up. itsreally creepy. eery time we stayed after school. i hope it din't suck Written April 18th, 2002 © on Apr 18 2002 10:25 AM PST   10 • 0 • 1
