Dweller at the crossroads
By Midian
I wait for him, at the crossroad. My breath comes sharp, I notice the full moon dim. The eyes of the dweller, How they pierce my soul. "I am here to make a deal, Oh,foul beast of Hell!" I utter my desire, And the dweller responds, A bolt of pure hell-fire, slams into my body. The smoke clears, I open blood-red eyes, and laugh through fanged maw. The dweller has taken my fears. Into the mist I run, to stalk the night. None shall escape my sight, You'll cry for mercy I no longer have..... ...before I am done with you!
