3:00am gurgling sound known to me for 7 years. What is it? It is the sound of a brain switched to autopilot. Eyes fixed and dilated, body jerking for only minutes feeling like forever. Fumbling for emergency medication in the cabinet Panic, not so much anymore it has become old hat now. 3:15am breathing normal another grandmal has passed.
