A letter from heaven

My journey is over I've finally arrived, I can't believe I'm in paradise! The gates were wide open, Now I see He was right there,waiting for me Wrapped in His arms when I walked through the gates The pure love in His eyes was worth the wait The warmth and joy I cannot explain As He told me once again I would never feel pain I can talk to you both whenever I choose, Through the soft summer breeze caressing your cheeks Through the wind I'll be able to speak I can finally say ' I love you so' from my heart to yours My message will flow. You cannot see me but my presence you will know Mom, my wings feel like cashmere, their tips dipped in gold, More beautiful than anything that could ever be told! So listen with your hearts while you are down there on earth To the trees, the brooks, to the great oceans mirth. I'll watch over you all, you won't be alone My journey is over. I'm finally home! MG Sept. 16/99This is written in memory of my dear sweet cousin Teri who passed away at age 17 . I did not write this My aunt Mary did and she said it just came to here as she never wrote a poem before it was if she was chosen by Teri to reley her messege. It is dear to my heart.
