He howls by the full moon's light - his mood, somber - unfathomable. Even his visage seems to darken. My son stalks out into the night on an unrecounted quest. The next day he sleeps in trancelike stupor until noon. This pattern repeats itself for days, then inexplicably his world brightens and he returns, as if from a distant land.
