Without God
By NanaBear
Dust settles on our brightest dayswithout hope, without God.Our three by six foot 'resting place'not made of hallowed sod.Without Christ we don't know ourselves, nor why we each come here.Without hope we'll be ignorant stillwhenever He appears.Without true purpose life's a void,an empty, useless stage, upon which mankind struts and shoutssoliloquies of rage.Without God man is less than all,'amoebas born of sludge',instead of children of the Godsand Christ, the Righteous Judge. We must cast off our darkened minds, refuse to be a slaveof hopelessness, of ignorance,of hell and of the grave! The Light of Truth shines bright and clearfor all with eyes to seebeyond this vale of mortal life...into eternity!
