The Perfect Kiss

By navi01

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

You were a piece of mystery; A new enchanting song That tossed my soul afar To a place where I belong. Hid in a corner of the world We found ourselves alone, And in the midst of laughter We encountered the unknown. We were thrown among the stars In each other’s gleaming eyes; Our hands discovered each other And our hearts shed their disguise. Our smiles were sufficient To convey what we desired.. And, in slow-motion, we moved in To taste what was aspired. As my lonely lips met yours Two worlds fused into one, And I knew at that moment Something splendid had begun. Now it’s been eight months-- Eight months of swelling bliss, ‘Cause every kiss since then Has been the Perfect Kiss. >Challenge Description: Describe the perfect kiss, how it feels, I want details can be any style, can be any length. But Im going to judge on whether or not I could feel it or see it when I read it. So I want specific detail. so close your eyes and picture it, feel it, and then write what you see and feel. it can be a kiss youve had, or one you long for and havent ever experienced. you can go as far down as the shoulders, but no further. This is a kiss, not sex. good luck (75 points) ----------------------------------- ----------------------------------- ------ Written April 3rd, 2002 © on Apr 02 2002 04:19 PM PST   other • love
