The sound of the waterfall and river washes over me, caressing my ears the sunshine dances through the water the moss upon the massive stones blanketing their hulking forms which are dwarfed to diminutive by the immensity of these canyon walls so vast as to defy the eyes of mortal men their scale a thing beyond our sight monumental and the pith of natures awe insignificant things such as myself can only be observers of such as this and bathe awhile in the wonder of it just to let part of that beauty soak into us to try to burn it into our inadequate minds endeavoring to carry such magnificence striving to retain the miraculous sight ageless and resplendent and utterly perfect from time before memory, from lifetimes yore mirthfully melancholy I muse, missing you...
