Profanity (18 +)
By Neurosine
I love to say fucking, it gives me an edge, it makes my point sharper, echoes in my head, a plethora of connotations, worldwide affiliations, few of them worthy of dread. I demonstrate my defiance to the status quo, who speak out of fear of the strong, and will never admit what they know. Shit is such a dynamic word, meaning nothing or anything, sprout a noun or a verb. It replaces what you can't remember, filling in for what you can't pronounce, useful, despite what we've heard. Shit really has a bad wrap, censored, reviled, denied and denounced. Who made thought police anyhow, Let them twist the face of your grandma? Let them creep into so many brows? Don't they fuck and shit too? Why should they bother to deny it? It's invariably true. They aren't such unpallatable fates. Both comforting things to do. Helps to propogate humans, rid ourselves of toxins, why shouldn't we speak what we do? Without some pious prick, fucking shitting all over you.Yep. I wrote this. Call it a study of profanity, Part I. I don't care. It's good fun. Written December 13th, 2001 © on Dec 12 2001 08:26 PM PST, Neurosine 0 • 1
