S.S.Snapp 10-24-00 Author's Note: I am utterly disgusted with this war over seas. A war for religious reasons...? I think not. Who do these people think they are using Gods' name as their basis for fighting and killing the innocent. I turn on the Tele and I see people dragging off children that have been shot. A lot of the children and villagers are shot and killed. Why...? For Gods' sake...? I highly doubt that The Divine Energy wants us to kill each other over land and petty things like who owns what land and religious shrine. You cannot truly own something like that. I believe that this is a test of faith; more debating over logistics of territory, and less killing and fighting with our man made death machines. Don't get me wrong I like freedom and the right to have firearms. I love Guns... I was raised around the military and their machines; but there is a part of me deep inside that I hear screaming out "let them kill each other off, the ignorant wife-beating bastards... ignorance will be their demise!" and then there is a part of me that is close that is whispering "help them... there has to be something you can do, but what from here. Write about your anger. Speak with others about the violence and death, so you may live knowing that there is Compassion amongst us." Thank You...I hope you enjoyed the ramblings of my mind...
