I just didn't

By Random

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I didn't think you'd do that To mess up my whole life And "sorry" isn't the magic word To pay for all my strife You don't mean it, do you! It's right in your eyes I have had enough Of your stupid lies The first time you talked to me When you asked if I had time I sould have seen that cold face Behind that made-up smile But I just didn't And now it all pays You've left me alone and helpless For all the nights and days Even if I found another person It would always be That I'll end up in my loneliness Now a simple routine for me Written January 21st, 2002 © on Jan 20 2002 04:33 PM PST   0 • 10
