Br(o)od Sometimes I feel lost in this big world, roving forlornly through a sea of darkness Sometimes I feel blinded in the fog of depression, the thickness of it even suffocates me Sometimes it’s as if the weight of the whole world has fallen upon my shoulders as it crushes me beneath it The people are all around, however It is loneliness that consumes me like a fire. Even my own family are as strangers. Misery has lain her eyes upon me and has never looked away since I look for ways to sooth the gray, only to have it become thicker, endless. The joy of it all, the fervor within, SNATCHED AWAY!!!! HELP ME GOD! I am numb…Please criticize and comment. Written August 10th, 2001 © on Feb 09 2002 07:34 PM PST   10 • 0 • 1
