The Fall
By shedevilrkg
Toward the pitch black earth she falls Hitting the lifeless ground that's Eternally stained with others' blood. Death is the only Escape possible for her who's Already dead inside, only The outside is left of Her soul, once full of life. Once she believed she could go on, but now there is only the Fall, and the end to everything. Another shall follow her, keeping the Never-ending pattern in check. Under the black sun of her hell where nothing is Forgiven, she waits in silence Overflowing with the pain of years Ready to give everything up, and Go to her place of dreams In which demons cannot haunt her. It's Very dark where she is, hidden in Eternal misty shadows that twist and turn Never keeping the same form. She knows there is Only one way to go Under a sky where no black sun Lights up the horizon with its eerie light. Always more demons around every corner Never setting her free, with Death's sweet song her only escape. The silver knife flashes as the blood Hot to the touch, slides down her pale wrists Ever so slowly. Fall, little one, fall And dream of a place where you can Live without the constant fear, without Lies from those you trusted Over her arms, it drops to the Floor, falling like she soon shall fall. Only the pain remains, a cold memory that she'll Never have to face again Everything here shall end. Unknowingly she seals her fate Nothing can stop her now as the warm blood Drips down to the cold ground Eventually covering the earth, and Staining it with the pain of an Eternity. Soon there will be no more Reminders of her pain, which before shook the boundaries of her Very existence, leaving her In the eternal torment of the fires of her hell No one can save her, for she knows only of the God of pain, who will forever continue to destroy. At last it's over Nothing more can she feel, as she Goes up to her place of light Ending what those before her had started Leaving the world behind as she soars up above.
