Honored A Breath At A time
By sidewinder
Dark sails touch against the sky where a wind blows intense in a summer day existing between the horizon, A cloak, a wrapping, A warm spun cloth staining the strapping stripping away her black wrath in the blue uncharted waters Wind in her hair, wild, eyes wide and wet, She.... no longer a child must let go of her regret, a journey, a quest, a retreat at best, And as she thinks what will be ahead... Will I... meet my dreams? Find my fortune, Or perhaps.. my fame, Could it be that I find my one and only true love, Or will the world find much more for me, Find that truth that when sought is hidden... right before my eyes revealed only in time, And in that promise revelations meet to a heart celebrated in that completeness honored a breath at a time.
