The Promise

The Promise  In the house of the Lord They promise To run hand in hand in the sun and in the rain. They promise To share their laughter and their tears. They promise To make a home And decorate it with flowers and stars. They promise To make their dreams reality. They promise To carry each other over the sea. They  promise  To cherish their love forever. They promise To live and die together. Written January 1st, 1992 © on Feb 21 2002 09:24 PM PST   10 • 0 • 8
