A beautiful symphony plays all around you. You're caught up in the music, letting it take you in. Then suddenly, it is cut off. Is this analogy even close to a young life being taken away? I don't think so. I've tried many times to write about this. It always ends with tears. Hot, sincere tears streaming down my cheek. There is a point in a deep-thinker's life Where the answer is simply right on the shallow surface: You're gone, and I don't know the reason. There may not be one. I just need to accept that. I can no longer talk to you, and hear your sweet voice reply. I can no longer see your face pull into that smile. It's hard, but I'm here anyway.
