Independance Day
By StarGrrl
They tell me I'm crazy, They tell me I'm dumb. They push me away, With only one thumb. They don't know why, I cry and pout. They don't know why, I scream and shout. They think their right, They think I'm wrong. They think I'm crazy, To write these poems. They'll lie, And make me cry. And I know , They only care about their show. But I won't cry now, I'll push them away. I'll be independant now, I'll be the one to play. And when I leave, And never come back. I will be relieved, But their lives will turn black. Yet I'm not that evil, Even though, They tell me so. I have a kind heart. Even though, It's been torn apart. I am independant, And will remain that way. Because this is my day, Of independance!
