Broken Love

By sugarpie

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

You said you loved me, You said we were meant to be, You said we would be together for eternity. But you lied, You broke my heart, You stole the last breath from my mouth. You said another girl was what you wanted, Unsure if that was the right thing to do, But you left me without no clue. Waiting, Hoping, Praying for another day to be with you. But I guess that won't happen, Because you loved her more than you knew. Just friends you said, But unsure of that too, Wishing that someday I will be again with you!
