The Fight Between Good and Evil

Now all you people Listen to this It’s the fight between evil And righteousness The devil walked up To a man & said “Bow to me I’m the lord of the dead “Creating mankind That was my idea If it wasn’t for me You wouldn’t be here “Look around you I created all this I created the night I made the mist “So come with me Take my hand I’m not only your king But I’m your friend” The man was about to But he said, “Wait If I go with you What’s my fate?” The GOD came down To the devil he said “You’re right you are The lord of the dead “But evil one Lay off your tricks I created the night I made the mist “I made everything Here on Earth Except the evil But that’s your turf “I am everything That’s good & pure My love is ever lasting And I’m forever more” Then some heavenly light Shone down from HIS hand The guy looked up Said, “Hey, you’re the man “In the light I felt peace & tranquil With GOD’s great love Did my heart fill “I’ll go with you No matter what the devil says Praising the LORD For the rest of my days” That was the blow That ended the fight The devil took off Into the night Remember this battle Takes place form with in If you join GOD’s army The war you’ll win Written January 23rd, 2002 © on Jan 24 2002 11:05 AM PST   0 • 12
