Cherrie’s Jubilee

By Sweeetsuz

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

One day they held “Cherrie’s Jubilee” What a thing to behold, a real sight to see. Everyone turned out, so that we Could say we had gone to “Cherrie’s Jubilee.” There were all sorts of finely dressed people there, They were as posh as any people anywhere. They proclaimed that eve a holiday where Everyone might attend the Jubilee with nary a care. People said that Cherrie’s was really cold, But that was different story that we told Cherrie’s was hot and very sweet, slightly bold, If people could believe the stories they were told. So on the day they held “Cherrie’s Jubilee” It really was a wonderful sight to see. We all went to watch so that we, Could say, we had gone to “Cherrie’s Jubilee.” © on Jul 03 2001 01:07 AM PST   0 • 14
