We are now in the future, Yet we are still in the past, Yet we remain where we are. This peom explains that even though our technologies have nearly surpassed humanity (We are now in the future.), yet we can still not get past the meaningless acts of violence that plagued society centuries ago (We are still in the past), then signifies that because of these things we cannot really move on and advance mankind as a whole into a better world (Yet we remain where we are.) Does anyone get this meaning? How can I make it more clear? Written July 1st, 1997 © on Mar 15 2002 11:33 AM PST 10 • 0
