Frame: lines smooth like overpriced caterers taking the right things to the right places & always dodging just in time height quite right a ruler to measure perfection by if gods should ever find themselves wanting of such Paint: liquid smooth in application like a lion on the serenghetti heavy forepaws resting on well-deserved alms logical infusion of colors a taste of what the masters meant but could not convey Picture: abstraction concussive streams of seamless being slipping by with scientific ease of reason seemingly perfectly youDon't look for very many other "love" poems out of me... these days, I'm about as un-sentimental as an artist can get. This was written for my exgirlfriend before she held the office of ex and was simply my girlfriend. She was not flattered by the poem: not one for pretty talk. But I still like it, if not the subject. Maybe I'll present it to my next girlfriend, who will undoubtedly seem (to me) just as beatiful... any takers?
