Why the lamp shade shines so dim and who dare speak of the anchored gin of which hate spoke out of let it go capital ego speaks too loudly deafening silence do you even know who you are? hiding behind the shade of ignorance let it escape you let it go rustling beats of heartache attached pressure from a source unknown pen shakes skin rattles ears, eyes, mouth uncontrolled let it never be known let it go candles burning one by one deep shades of red, blue even orange white is pure, let it find you and surround you behold you are brave not a new soul but an old one re hatched as an egg but not quite more a goddess unburied or god unleashed let it possess you let it go Written January 24th, 2002 © on Jan 23 2002 03:52 PM PST   0 • 10
