Christmas Recipe

By Whisper Mckee

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Mother nature sugars the ground. She drips snowy icing from the trees. Then the sun spreads the sparkles on. A sight that is meant to please. The tall pines for a hint of green, Adding a touch of red with some holly berries, A picture taken from season’s joy, Just to make our Christmas merry. Mother nature’s Christmas card, Laying on with special care, To gladden our hearts and lift our spirits, Saying, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. This is my Christmas card to all my friends on Allpoetry, thank you for excepting a lost bard into your fold..and may your season be filled with love and gentle magic.
