Silence,
Dew drips into a forest, No other sound is heard. A calm lays all about us, The silence unbroken by even a bird. One flake of snow on a roof top, A roof already covered by snow. Not a sound does it make, So quiet it comes, so no one will know. A darkened room silenced by sleep. Nothing is heard in the night. A bat sits outside the window, Then in silence he takes flight. A calm sea makes not a sound, So dark and reaching forever, When the tide is very calm, Sky and sea in silence comes together.
