Poem to my children
By wiccatarot
They don't sell user guides for new parents, and I know we learn from our mistakes as we handle the high and low We think we're doing fine as we watch them learn to walk and we're proud to show them off when they start to up and talk We worry when they first start school about how well they'll do will they like their teacher and will they make friends too? When the teen years arrive we're all ready to give up where's that sweet child of mine and who's this who says "wassup?"? We make it through the high school years and we watch them choose their road their happiness is all we want and we're always there to lighten their load A parents' work is never done we love, we worry, we care, we nag and no matter what the future brings our feelings for our childeren will never lag.
