Special Valentine
By wiccatarot
The card read " Come to me, I await you for your pleasure, Room 181, RSVP not needed, Clothing at your leisure." How could a woman ever think To refuse such an offer? I'll tell you this, my heartbeat rose But my conscience made me suffer Would I finally take the step And go to meet my lover? On a day dedicated to love? Using work as my cover? After many years of marriage Of children and commitment Our couple had grown apart An online friendship was heaven sent I thought the distance made it safe To share my soul with him But he was more courageous Full of life, love and vim He could not wait any longer And so surprised me when He sent that invitation Written with love and a red ink pen As I awoke on Valentine's day My thoughts were all for him I was still so undecided And the tension made my sight go dim And at that moment I just knew My heart settled, my fate sealed I'd take the step towards the unknown My heart soared, my senses reeled My preparations were so intimate From my lilac scented bath water To the application of my favorite perfume To sexy lingerie, meant to be discarded later As I drove towards my destiny My body and mind in a state of longing I could only feel and see him Knowing I'd soon be smelling, touching, loving As I walk to the elevator on shaky legs My whole body aware and finely tuned I slowly approach a state of panic I'll be a fallen woman, i'll be ruined! But as the elevator doors open And I push the button for his floor I feel a cloak of tranquility Fall upon me, no worries, no more To be continued..........
