Blessings (WHEN READING THIS POEM, READ THE CAPITAL WORDS DOWN AFTER THE COMPLETED TEXT) SOMETIMES I sit in silence, watching you THERE in your silence, sitting ARE you hurting in ways HIDDEN behind eyes clouded by tears MESSAGES you send to my loving heart PLACED now is your hand WITHIN mine, I tenderly touch you with PHRASES I speak as softly as my skin embraces yours THAT touch, those words REACH you at your core AND stir to life embers SOFTLY blown by the breeze of my voice, You TOUCH my face tenderly with outstretched hand A smile forms across a face moments ago somber HEART beats now change, to that more of happiness IN time you see that I truly am the man you NEED to give your all to OF life’s most wonderful blessings HEALING your hurt is my gift © Copyright 2001 1st Poet Inc.
