Think Think no more of the past the water under the bridge but focus on what lies ahead the future viewed from the ridge there is the unknown that is just showing like the sun upon the rise we know not what tomorrow brings it shall be a surprise will one find love within or search forever more one knows not of these answers and what does wait in store we hope upon what is not seen and ponder on what was can fate be made to change a course I do hope so because I have been waiting, within my mind for completeness in my life and I hope that I may find rewards reaped from all the toils and strife in conversation and in kisses I think on where I am for I know that with thee woman I am a better man. for I think no more of the past the water under the bridge I am thinking on what may lie ahead as I stand upon this ridge a mountain I have climbed and reached these bluest skies and I see the life of springtime in the green glow of your eyes. © Copyright 2002 1st Poet Inc.
