Words are Dancing
By 1stpoet
Words are Dancing this morning I woke with new music in harmony we slept last night the caresses of dreams kept me warm as your body lay next to mine we were not spent from love making but glowed in moonlight magic comforted by communication in short weeks we have begun to emerge as a spring flower My mind brings color to the blossoms of thought that hang like rainbows as early showers of affection dampen us this morning words are dancing as my heart is romancing and I breathe the fragrance still left on my pillow songs of hope drift in awe I am of what this is for your touch brings strength your words bring calming and your smile brings warmth as words dance I see you in each line the curves of the letters could be molded as clay to form every inch of your body I sculpt you with writing framed in thought. © Copyright 2002 1st Poet Inc.
