Critical Incident ReportOn Saturday October 20 2000 across the earlymorning sky of Southern Ontario the derelictremains of an Archangel fell to the earth.The hulk’s trajectory cut from west to east throughthe atmosphere, leaving a trail of bluegreen flamebehind it when it hit the lower denser air.Not totally consumed by its own narcissistic fireballthe remains landed in willow groves twelve milessouth of Udney and were immediately secured.Preliminary investigation showed a main impact pathover a kilometre in length and minor impact pathsseveral metres long caused by detached body parts.The main object appeared to be a torso fifteen metreslong and five wide. While its exterior was badly pittedand its outer skin burned off, its inner workings are intact.Government angelologists arrived on site within hoursof the impact and conducted preliminary tests. Clergy fromall major angel-friendly faiths have also arrived on site.The chest wall has been opened. The presence withinthe torso of a complex pneumatic acoustical systemsuggests the remains may be those of Archangel Gabriel.A medical team and the Ontario Provincial Police have nowsealed the site, pending determination of the possibilitythat some infectious faith may be contained within the hulk.Traffic returning from cottage country has been reroutedaround the site.
