Deadly Truth
By Aroura Eden
These shadows of mortality they cloud our vision of the truth, We constantly ponder out future the haze and out death, Will it be painful will it be quick will it be in vain will it count, Is the light at the end of the tunel far away to far to walk or run or fly, Life puts us only a few steps away from the eternal sleep that is only a cat nap away from judgment, Why do some people go through life searching to cure the human of his faital disease mortality, But in reality we anticipate death subconsciencely expect it, Each day it drives us on, We have to catch our mortal dreams before time runs out before they are out of reach before we die, Without death what would life be? Without death what challenge would come to pass? Without death is without intrest? That's the deadly truth.I wrote this when I was about twelve. I had many theories, this was just one of them. I just found it in a stack of papers lying in my room, thought I might see what you thought of this little girl. Roury Written January 27th, 2002 © on Jan 27 2002 12:12 PM PST 0 • 9
