I tear my hair out When you are here What’s wrong with me You should run away in fear Emotions are awakening Deep within my soul What’s going on with me? As the fear takes hold Fast is not the way to go I want to feel the joy As I did once before Best I take it slow Can’t restrain my heart from these feelings Can’t restrain my fists from this beating You have no where to go Afraid What’s going on in me? How long can you last Unfair to you, I restrain from the hit I have my own reasons For you to be hurt The only questions that remain reside in your own heart Swimming in confusion Not knowing where to hide To be safe from these feelings That burden my soul You can not make me feel secure You can not melt my heart The only thing you can do is to taunt this onslaught on To the brink of chaos… and beyond Can’t restrain my heart from these feelings Can’t restrain my fists from this beating You have no where to go Afraid What’s going on in me This punishment shall never end The feelings do swell up inside Yet I have not yet felt the urge to burst Although I see from the looks of you That I have already brought the hurt A face-to-face encounter Is what I have been praying for The phone calls were not enough For what I had in store for you Worry not my defeated brethren For all of this was indeed your fault Just a little insight On what has been thrown out of my heartI asked HangmansJoke tonight if I could try something new.
