Just a Southern Gal I'm a Southern Gal Born 'n Bred I guess I'll be that way until I'm dead Now Southern Gals have Grace and They have Charm Wouldn't want You to feel outta Place And sure Don't Mean Ya Any Harm We serve ya up a Feast that is fit for Man or Beast We till the Ground and Plant the Seeds Cause at times our Men aren't Around But Living Naturally, fulfills our Needs Takin Care of Our Babies and Our Men At times we think we're going Crazy Go ta bed at Night Get up & do it all over again We listened to our Mothers On takin Care of Our Men They Love Us like no Other Never Want Our Love to End Saying Please & Thank-You Using Ma'am & Sir Like some Seldom do Often makes People feel Self-Assured We are Gentle We are Kind and at times, We'll Blow Your Mind There are Times we Purrrr like a Kitten Most are often Quite Smitten Then there are Times we may Scream & Roar And Kick Your Tail right out the Door Most Southern Gals are Kind Gentle Souls Cause their Hearts are Made of Gold This Southern Gal is Patient & Kind Sometimes tooo Trusting of the ones She Calls FRIENDS And gets Her Heart Broken all the Time Sometimes she wonders, Just when the Madness will End We cook & we clean taking care of our House And the One's of which We Are Proud So Come on In, sit right down Kick off your Shoes and stay with us awhile We'll have us a Feast or Head into Town When ya leave us, I feel sure You'll Leave us With a Big Ole Smile 05-04-2001 e.k.m.
