A Bit Less Frantic

By birksy

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

A bit less frantic, a month is a long time, I have a slow mind, will lengthen every second, with a thought of you within it, will you meet me there? And the pathway leads around the sides, each on a seperate circuit, it feels we may never meet, though at times we're both a little closer, will we meet in there? And then of course, the simple truth is that if I slow to walk, then crawl, there is every chance I may trip you up, and with increasing smiles, I stop.
