Eighth Part Of A Circle
By birksy
I've sliced the cake, got the eighth part of a circle, can't do what I want to do, can't eat it in front of you. And a little fizzy orange, eighth part of a can, I hear it's effervescence calling me, but I sip, and no more. You see, the sweets are just temptation that sometimes you can take, but most others you just look at them, and wait. Tomorrow they may be gone, I drink some orange, eat some cake, dare not blink just in case the meal in front of me is fake. Written March 1st, 2002 © on Mar 02 2002 12:30 AM PST, Simon Birks 0 • 12
