Leapfrog
By birksy
The children play leapfrog, and their parents look on with sad hearts. Time's running away with them, and they wonder where they've been for so long. Outside they whoop and run around, while friendly neighbours smile at conjured memories. And then, when their children tire, they come in to relieve their parents from grandchildren asleep in their old, wise arms. Written June 26th, 2001 © on Dec 28 2001 09:27 PM PST, Simon Birks 0 • 1
