Missing The Mule
By birksy
Missing the mule, they sit mid-air, didn't realise what would happen if they didn't believe it was real, if the hope they felt was lost, and the crib's just full of straw, they kept walking by. When they wake it's all a dream, and they raise a boy, who they love dearly, nothing very special, except their son, that, to them, is so much more than enough.
