Short Of Thoughts
By birksy
I've nearly finished the task, the drop won't be so bad, I'll dangle the ties, now tied up in a rope, from the top of the sill, I'm sure they'll take my weight, don't really matter if they don't, the fall might be the best option, least I won't have to worry any more. All these old ties, never thought they'd be any use, but I kept them safe anyway, stored up in a closet, rarely opened or looked at, but now that I need them, they've come to my rescue, and they're not much on their own, but put all together, they offer some hope, to a man short of thoughts.
