To Be Me Again
By birksy
The porch looks warm, light on, clean shoes in the rack, like where I used to live. Could give the new me up, don’t want to hurt anyone else, just need some warmth. I could be the old me again. I know someone’s looking, if I don’t move, I’ll be moved on, but I’m just lost, half searching for a new home to accept my faults.
