Wishing Upon a Space Station
By birksy
Been wishing on a space station, all this bloody time, some astronauts who know nothing, been deflecting all my solitary wishes, no wonder I'm in such a mess. Not my fault it's the brightest body, always backed the sure fire winners, no one told me that wasn't a star, I guess I never asked. So I sit back and wait for some contact, weekends are a lonely time, perhaps the next envelope in my in-tray will be from the men by the moon, even that would be a little comfort, today.
