The love I hold for you is so strong and so true, That is what makes me believe I belong with you. When you look into my eyes, You captivate my heart and soul, Giving me no control. When we are together, I feel, as we are the only two in existence. But when we are apart, I can't seem to bear the distance. Why do all of our good-byes have to end with cries? If love is such a magical thing, Why does it have all this pain to bring? With you there, And me here... Oh, how I only wish you could be near. But have no fright, Because I know I'm right. This is not the end, Someday we will finally be together, Where our hearts can mend and our love can last forever!!!This is a poem about my boyfriend and I who have a long-distance relationship.....i would just like to know what everyone thinks and what i can improve on. i wrote this poem in a hurry and couldn't decide on the ending so please let me know!!
