I lie in bed at night unable to think to sleep I stare at the stars glimmering back at me from my ceiling they whisper sweet nothings that they heard only a short while ago words that you whispered loving utterances spoken over the phone hey make me forget all the bad your poetic verses destroy all the sad simple stars implanted on my ceiling know all the love I feel they know the dreams i dream at night and the tears I cry because you are so far away but in those stars are a piece of you so now the tears that I cry at night are finally okayyes, you heard it right! stars on the ceiling! they are the glow in the dark kind!!
